All the other builds have been. I see no reason why GM should be any different.

I wouldn't feel comfortable installing a leaked copy of OS X. Not from a moral standpoint, I just wouldn't trust it. And what if something goes wrong? No one to turn to...

I completely agree....

However, in this case, the leaked copy you'd be getting would be the exact one you find in the boxes on the shelves of the Apple Store. I don't have a problem with that.

Hypothetically speaking, of course.
