I really like Delicious Library and have finally scanned most of my media into it (over two locations). A PowerBook wearing an iSight looks well mean.

One problem I have come across is that DL keeps "forgetting" my loans. As far as I can tell I am not doing anything, just quitting and relaunching DL. I am not aware of any actions I am doing to cause this.

Anybody any ideas.
David.

Chances are something is happening to delete the loans in iCal. Assuming you're not actually deleting the iCal events (or the "LIbrary Loans" calendar) the culprit is likely Sync Services.

When you sync your computer to another device, be it a phone, PDA, or .Mac, you have to do a merged sync or the items on your computer can be changed or deleted.

Right. Got it. I was probably messing round with the event in iCal. I didn't realise they were so connected.

I was trying to sort out a problem where I had two entries for one loan and probably deleted the calendar totally or something.

I promise I won't mess again.

Thanks for the reply.
David.
