I'm on the look for a TeX frontend that has the functionality of LyX, with Mac OS X's look and feel (ie. OmniGroup apps. Mellel, etc).
Any suggestions ?

Thanks everyone

Well, there's none that comes close to the elegance and polish of the OmniGroup apps, but LaTeXiT comes pretty close. I used TeXshop and TeXMaker in the past, but these are closer to the hands-on approach of TeX editing than it is WYSIWYG.
