It is posoble to unlock this model? It is lockt in to muvistar spain and also i need to now how can i put the ip to tv o lcd is about cintya???

The secret is probably that "ip" is supposed to mean "iPhone", which s/he wants to connect to a TV or an LCD screen.

I have no idea what cintya is.

Simple answer: no - you can't unlock it.
Long answer: when you upgraded to iPhone version 2.2.1, your iPhone's baseband was updated to 02.30. This baseband hasn't been unlocked and no unlock is being worked on. The next one will be when iPhone 3.0 is released.

I don't have a clue what you are asking in the second part of your question..
