Yeah, is that bar part of the desktop or is it a Widget? Also, how did you get the Dock "arrows" to appear at the top instead? And the Mail icon with its unread messages number in a different place.

heh, it's funny I was even going to mention how I liked your VLC icon in your dock. But as I was typing I noticed the Quicktime file icon in the title of the player and just wrote Quicktime. Nice Photoshop work.

Yes, the Widget at the bottom was inspired by "Secret". It replaced both the time and date as well as Gmail Notifier and WeatherPop in the menubar. (I keep the MenuClock iCal opened just because I frequently need to look at a date.) A lot of space saved up there and a couple apps I don't have to run anymore all replaced by one Widget that looks nicer.

Desktop is from InterfaceLift.

Originally made it myself, but someone made one at 512x512 so I replaced my 128 non Leopard one.

Google for it and you get top hit:
