According to Google Earth, it looks like the city of Chicago and/or the Bears organization decided to do some serious renovations to Soldier Field. I sure hope it's done by Sunday...

That was taking back when they were making Soldier Field uglier but more modern.

Besides, I could see them scheduling work on Soldier Field for during the playoffs. When Grossman went down earlier in the season, did anyone expect them to be HOSTING a playoff game?
