Replaces my Apple mouse. My Apple mouse has died after maybe 2 years of life. Not sure why Apple mice die so easily, but I have used so many the last few years and they just die. Not only that but they suck up battery like no other. I do like using it, but when it came time to buy another one, I couldn't justify spending $70 on a brand new MOUSE, especially when it has that stupid charging underneath that makes it look like a dead cockroach when charging. So I bought a relatively cheap BT mouse from Logitech for $25 which does the job well, except it couldn't pair with my 2012 MBP until I installed their drivers. But it only uses 1 battery (as opposed to AM's 2) and supposedly has long battery life.
