It's bipartisan, but OK.

In exchange for what? A pyramid scheme style trickle-down economy? Rolling back taxes so that those who control the majority of the wealth share the least amount of the tax burden?
I don't know if you've noticed, but the middle and low income class hurt during a Republican administration. Look at any of the graphs from the Census Bureau. It's almost like clock work. Conservative economics is like Communism, it works in theory, but people are greedy and they're going to take advantage of those less fortunate. Money doesn't trickle down from rich people, it gets invested. Middle class and lower class people are the ones who spend money.

I'm for that.

I also agree there.

Speak for yourself. Last year I donated >$63,000 to charity, ~60% of it locally. Perhaps I'm not considered "rich", though. Is it about a person's frame of mind, or how much money they have?

I bet you keep the receipts for a nice healthy tax break.

I take it you think such actions are, somehow, immoral? Doesn't surprise me. I choose where my money goes, and I give it away on my terms.
