Well... a good lesson to be learned was pounded into my head last night. Much to my dismay a change to my ssh server configuration (done remotely) has caused me grief. If it ain't broken, don't fix it. I haphazardly tried to turn on compression and then restarted inet and sshd... logged out, and what would ya know, can no longer login remotely. Conveniently I did this on friday to my work machine, and don't look forward to dragging myself into work for a 5 minute job fixing up the config file just so I can use it this weekend.

A good lesson to be learned folks... definitely applies to situations such as this one, but also to others. If it ain't broke, don't fix it (except for apple updates, those are fun and they make it feel like stuff is faster).
