The ultimate edamer copy and the best hard cheese on bread or just by itself: Norvegia.
(Norwegian)

Bl Castello *the* best blue cheese out there.
(Danish)

Note to lovers of cheese: Avoid Iceland. Local cheese makes me blush in shame.

I was going to post a picture of a smelly rotten foot complete with stinky fungus under yellow toe nails because I think it would be funny but I'll refrain.

I like montery jack

Asking me what my favorite cheese is like asking me what my favorite recording artist is... either is likely to make my head explode, which would neither be appetizing, nor sound good - unless you have a taste for that sort of thing.

But here's the latest cheese I've eaten: some sort of aged, artisan made cheddar. From Wisconsin, I believe. It was very good. And I think I was listening to Wire's 'Chairs Missing' album at the time while visiting a website about the books of P.G. Wodehouse.

I love all kinds of cheese. Just lately I've been enjoying a Double Gloucester layered with Stilton - $7.50 a pound if there's a Trader Joe's near where you live.
