iPhone Odds

Anyone here going to camp out to buy one? How soon will you buy one, if at all?

I would buy one and intend to but I won't stand in line to do it. I understand there are just so many to be sold during the first surge so I seriously doubt I will be lucky enough to get mine anytime soon. Too bad. I have AT&T plan already and am due to renew my contract so this would be perfect timing for me. The price is right for the plan and I love the Iphone so someday...when the flurry dies down and I can find one, I definitely will have one. Can't wait.

I might buy one in a few years when they're big enough to hold all my music+videos and can be used with a service provider that doesn't suck.

I might buy one in a few years if they drop the price to something reasonable, stop requiring a data plan, use a removable battery, use the same old SIM cards that every other GSM phone uses, stop locking everything down, improve the signal reception over what I'm sure will be mediocre in the original version, add 3G, add a memory card slot, add a real SDK, and generally quit being Nazis about the thing.

In other words, I probably won't ever get one. Hello Moto.
