Hey, I had my batteries out too long, then shot a bunch of pictures without setting the date. Now when I import them into iPhoto they all show up as 2002 pictures. I just want a good app that will let me change the date in the exif header. Thanks for any help.

Can't you change the date right in iPhoto? At least with individual photos it seems to let you. That would be a pain though with a lot of photos though, so I suspect you'd want not just an app that can do this, but also do it in a batch. It's very possible that GraphicConverter can do this, maybe give it a try.
