Hi,

I've noticed a few annoying issues with Address Book and Mail.

- When I go through my e-mail box, they often do not appear using the name I ended in Address Book.
- Every outgoing e-mail adds an entry to the Address Book. BOY is this annoying.
- I can't change the encoding for viewing messages!

Any suggestions?
