Is there a way to set up OS X so that my iBook wakes up only from the mouse/trackpad button? Our cats are running over the keyboard and it would be better just to wake with a mouse click.

Did I just mis some tab from system preferences?

I don't think any option like that exists. I could have overlooked something.

Why don't you just close your iBook? I know it doesn't answer your question, but is there something keeping you from closing it? I never put my iBook to sleep except when I close it.

It'd protect the keyboard, at least.
