Elected Official: I'll Sue You If You Publish My Name | Mr. Media Training

Kirby Delauter, Kirby Delauter, Kirby Delauter - The Frederick News-Post : Politics And Government
First letter of each paragraph spells out...

Delauter to The News-Post: Don't use my name without permission - The Frederick News-Post : Politics And Government
Shreve, R-at large, told The News-Post in a phone interview he supported Delauter taking legal actions.

“I did not see his post, but I think The News-Post is extremely biased and someone should sue them,” Shreve said.

When asked if news media outlets should obtain permission to publish an elected official's name or reference, Shreve said, “I think media outlets are cowards and they hide behind the label of journalists and that's a bully pulpit to expand their liberal (agenda)."
Oh ok

As a public official this guy is clearly an idiot if he thinks a journalist has to get his express permission to mention him in an article.

How do these people get elected? Its a wonder they can tie their own shoes. Assuming they can.
I have plenty of more important things to do, if only I could bring myself to do them....

We in Virginia ask that question all day long. It is liberal stooge Maryland after all. Former Gov. Martin O'Money wasted and spend almost 1.3 trillion they didn't have. Now they are proposing an increase in the property tax of near 44%! They only get the Gov't they deserve.

Welcome to Maryland guys.

This isn't even as bad as the time the democrats city of Annapolis tried to make the mayor's office ceremonial and switching to a council after losing an election.

They still have a RAIN TAX, and a FLUSH TAX!

The counties near DC are about as corrupt as DC's local "Government" is.

Md. had a failed ACA web site that their Lt. Gov (running for election as Gov.) mis handled to the tune of 220 million, and they never went after the contractors, just some slap on the wrist stuff. I guess they didn't want to attract too much attention to Lt. Gov. Browns incompetence.
