Mac OS X Panther (Up-to-Date Version):

Arrived from Apple today, but I already have the full version of Panther. It's still sealed and hasn't been touched. I'm selling mine for $60.

If you're interested, holla:

Isn't that a little high for something that Apple sells for 19.95.

Well, not exactly $19.95. Apple actually sells it for $19.95 + the cost of a new computer. So I think a little mark up is reasonable...

Are you sure it's legal to sell it? Especially for a profit?

Uh...

Listen, I don't mean to rub people the wrong way with the price I quoted (ie. $60). I arrived at that number after someone else in these forums was selling the same thing for $75. If you don't think it's fair price, I'm open to hearing what you think is.

I'm smart enough myself.

It's not a bad deal in a way. Panther with the education discount is only $69. Non-discounted is $129. You want $60 for yours without the box and all that good stuff. I would say if you dropped the price to $50 with free shipping you could sell it faster. You could ship it media mail for about $1.00. On eBay you could probably get the $60.
