The first post was typed all in upper case. However, it gets changed to lower case (except for the first letter). Is this to prevent people from internet screaming?
However, it would seem if you type something after it, it gets displayed in all upper case as intended.

THIS IS TO PREVENT POSTS THAT ARE ENTIRELY IN ALL CAPS. AS LONG AS YOU USE A LITTLE BIT OF LOWERCASE LETTERING IN YOUR POST YOU ARE OKAY. BUT I THINK IT'S POSSIBLE TO MAKE A PRETTY LONG STRING OF E-SCREAMING WITHOUT GETTING IT KNOCKED DOWN TO LOWERCASE.

What I'm saying is, they make it a pain in the ass to do that.
Since I'm so mature, I usually leave a secondary message of "**** no caps" when it bites me in the ass, rather than your subtle solution.
