I have within the last couple of weeks experienced Entourage crashing a lot of times. Sometimes it can startup and send, but then freezes, other times it just crash during startup and give the error 3155 (which I can't find anything about on MS site). I have tried to increase memory w/o any result. Any ideas?

Trash all of your Microsoft extensions, reboot and launch Entourage it should reinstall the extensions and hopefuly be more stable.

Does anyone know how to make a hotmail account the main user on entourage 2001.

Everytime I set up the account, it tosses it at the bottom as an additional account and not the main one.

Hotmail accounts are always listed half way down the accounts list, AFAIK.

A combinatioin of rebuilding, trashing extensions and downloading the new version of Open Transport seemed to do the trick.

I am having, I think, the same problem. I know this thread is old....but, I am on a G4 AGP Sawtooth OS 9.2.2 and I am having problems with my Office 2001. Mainly with Entourage and Word. They will not start and show me error type 2 mainly. I tried the rebuild for Entourag and it would not allow me to do it. I think it came up with error-67 when i tried it. I have tried trashing the extensions, rebuilding the desktop, trshing the prefs, pram. I am not sure what else to do.
