Multiple CDRs mounted in desktop

After install Panther, when I insert a blank CDR (or CDRW) it mount 1 "No Title" CD. I open Toast and there is more TWO "No Title" CDs...
I don't know what to do...
I'm using X 10.3.1 and Toast 6.0.x (last update)

Umm, are you selecting any sort of "multi-session" options under Toast or something?
