Strange iPhoto issue with system files

For some odd reason, the iPhoto installation on my old 1GHz Powerbook is spitting out an error that system files are missing, please reinstall iPhoto from the iLife disk. I popped the disk back in and did a custom install of iPhoto yet the problem persists preventing me from opening iPhoto.



Any ideas?
