I am running OS9 and am looking for a program (shareware pref) to record sound (voice) to a file that that can be opened on a PC. Any suggestgions?

Why not use the built-in Simple Sound utility to record the audio and then use another application to convert it to a WMA?

do a search for "sound" at versiontracker.com, there are probably a handful of apps to do what u need...
