I saved some files from my Computer ( Mac) with Safari and I'm trying to email them to a Pc user, problem is the Pc user state he cannot open the files because they were created with a Mac.
So my question is if I saved a File from the internet as a WEB Archive in Safari, how is it that I can convert it so PC users can Open it.
Someone Please Help, as this is very important to me
Thank You

Have your friend download the Windows version of Safari... That's the easiest way to get started.

It's not my friend it's a mortgage company, that needs certain history that I have.
So I seriously doubt I could tell them, " Hey Download Safari for Windows"
I have this payment information that I need to send them, but the pages were saved using Safari. There MUST be some way that I can convert those files so a Pc user can open them?
THis is very important for me
Thanks

Open the page on your Mac, click the File menu, Print..., the PDF button (with the little down-facing triangle), then Save as PDF.
This will allow you to save these pages as a PDF, which any PC can read using Adobe Reader.

Unless something has changed recently, the Windows version of Safari doesn't allow for the saving of Web Archives. Perhaps it can open them. But the best way to share web archives with the rest of the world is to make them PDFs, like was suggested.

And don't forget, you can do this from any application in OS X. Just go Print, then Save as PDF.

If you needed to save it as a webpage instead of a PDF, you could use Firefox. Firefox will save the text/images in industry standard formats that any browser can open instead of Safari's proprietary format.
