Hi all,

How do I make iTunes use the same column settings for all my playlists?

I only want to have some columns showing and at specific widths. This does however vary from playlist to playlist. Is there a way to set one up the way I want it and the other to follow suit?

Many thanks in advance,
_nmk

It appears that if you create a new playlist, it uses the same column widths as your Library. Thus, to synchronize your column widths, first set your Library up the way you want. Then, create a new playlist for each of your current playlists, and drag all of your songs over. The new playlists will now have synchronized column widths! Finally just delete your old playlists.

Hope this workaround helps.

I can't test it right now, but I will do as I get home.

Bo, is this going to take a long time if it turns out true. :-)
