Hello again all, I am having a pretty serious problem with the new version of iTunes, and my iPod Touch 1st Generation. Let me go through my week history with this.
1-Restored the iPod
2-Tried to synch apps from my desktop back to the iPod (unsuccessful I might add)
3-called to get help with from Apple (again unsuccessful, my iPod is out of warranty)
4-Tried to tell them that is an iTunes issue, they did not want to here anything unless I paid.
5-Pissed off
Now I am here to get some help maybe, I can see that there are applications in the iTunes applications window when I plug the iPod, so when I click on the ones that I want to add, then I do an "apply" it backups, try to synch then it comes back with the error message that says the following apps where not installed because this computer is not authorized, well I did do that then I un-authorized it and re-authorized it again, I even uninstalled iTunes and re-installed that. I need help I have apps that I do not want to buy again. Oh and here is the kicker, the app store does not even recognize that I bought certain apps, when I try to go to the history it just shows that days activity, and when I do try to download the apps, it asks me to pay again.
Can anyone help here, if nothing else just tell me how to remove the apps from the window on my mac, so I can at least not have to see them and can try to get over this mishap
I am running 10.5.8 on an iMac G5 1.6 Ghz, 2Gig Ram, 1TB HDD (just to make sure before someone asks).
Thanks
Abdulah
