Hello. I am currently working on an open source app called PDFtoText X. It's a GUI wrapper for the CLI pdftotext utility (part of the
xpdf suite) that extracts plain text from PDF files. I'm getting close to release, but I don't have an icon yet.
If you're an aspiring GUI artist (or a pro who's feeling generous), this could be something to add to your portfolio.

- Function: Extracts plain text from PDF files.
- Cost: Free (licensed under GPL; has donation nag prompt)
- Icons required: 1 (main application icon: 512x512 plus thumbnail sizes)
- Compensation: Your name and website URL prominently displayed in About window (visible without scrolling) and on my website
- Other requirements: You must agree to release the icon under the Creative Commons license of your choice (that allows me to distribute it with the app and use it on my website). You will retain copyright/ownership of the icon.
