I am illiterate in terms of computer use. Please tell me where I can download movies.

downloading movies is illegal. now that that's out of the way, you can start with

limewire
carracho
hotline (there are several ports for OS X, maybe for OS 9 too)

I'm not sure if all of these are available for MacOS 9, as I run only OS X.

start out at www.versiontracker.com and search for these.
