If you're talking about my last Samui desk, the adium dock icon is "aquasilver" available in adiumx website.

Ok, this is going to be a real dumb one.. but what are you guys using to make these previews? They seem standardized. Are they from a photoshop action or something?

It is and it isn't. It's in the Paper Shadows screen saver. Go to System/Library/Screen Savers/ Ctrl-Click on Paper Shadow.slideSaver and select show package contents. From there so to Contents/Resources. There are 10 very cool images in there that can be used as wallpaper. If you don't have Tiger, let me know and I'll put them up somewhere...
