Today while buying food I saw an overweight woman whose large breasts were sagging down to around her belly button. But she was quite overweight so it didn't look very unusual. I have seen many women like this before but never thought much of it, until now.

If a woman like this lost a bunch of weight and became skinny, would she have small breasts that still hang down 70cm? That would look very strange.

I'm assuming this is a serious question so I'll give it a serious answer. Her breasts, even with her being overweight, are not where they are supposed to be. So even before she loses weight, she has abnormal breasts due to her being overweight.

If she lost a good amount of weight, a good deal of fat would be lost in her breasts. Some of the skin, which has very elastic properties, would shrink, but most likely not enough, especially if she has been overweight for a while.

She would likely have to have a mastopexy (breast life) and an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and a belt lipectomy.

Here is an picture (animated) of what would have to happen to restore her breasts to a normal appearance. She would also most likely have to have implants put in to give them a more rounder shape.
