Its sad to see the Mac os x x86 version leaked on torrent sites. what is apple doing to prevent this ?

This is old news. There is no way you can prevent the iso from leaking, but you can prevent it from running on any machines apple doesnt want it to. This is why the development Mactel machines use TPM.
