My brother *thought* his G3 500MHz iBook died, turns out the DC-in cord was unplugged. We figured that out after we bought one of exact specs. So I have its parts, and one other part...

1. 500MHz G3 12" board for iBooks; has 64MB onboard $100

2. CDROM-HDD-Mainboard cable $5

3. Bottom casing - fully intact! $25

4. Upper casing (trackpad cable is missing adapter. Fell off when removed) $15

5. 12" LCD. There's 1 cord that's messed up. It seems to be the mic cable $50

6. 128MB RAM stick - $20

7. iBook G4 combo drive part. We bought it thinking it would work for his G3 ... works. Includes what's either a reed switch or (according to iFixit.com) a Bluetooth adapter . $45



That's all we want to sell. Everything is AS-IS, no returns. This is not the one he wanted to mod, so none of the parts have been modified.

The end of the trackpad cable *should* look like a ribbon without an end.
