Well you start a thread and it gets locked, your lock count +1. Works pretty much like the post count just that you only get an increment if you get lockinated.

well, there are innocent people whose threads get derailed by other folks, question is, who would get the lockinate point?

This would seemingly require a database table hack... do we even know if the mods have anyone who is capable of doing this?
