I hope someone here can help. I've been running Quark 6.1 on OS 10.28 for a while with no problems. I just upgraded my system to 10.3 and now Quark thinks it's a demo version!!! I can't print or or produce a pdf that doesn't have the "Quark xPress Demo" watermark and I can't save or save as. I haven't been able to find any know issues on the Quark page.
I need to reinstall but our EIS guys can't get to it for a few days (they have all software under lock and key and won't let a non-EIS person touch it). BTW, Mine is one of two Macs in a company of 1,200 PC's. I have some immediate deadlines that I need to get out soon.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks Almaink! There was an 800 number on the link you posted which got me to a human (in India naturally). He was very helpful in walking me through the steps to reactivate my copy of Quark. Evidently the OS 10.3 upgrade corrupted some files.
I'm still going to pursue getting a copy of InDesign. Thanks again!

I wish Quark would return to Denver for desktop help. The people from India are very hard to understand. Glad to be of help.

Their call center is in Bangalore, India. While there are some very friendly folk at that location, and in that city, there are also a number of them who are rude and less than competent. At least the Denver folks were more helpful.
