Can we get rid of the ads with audio please?

This banner ad that says "Get the next generation of smileys!" is really annoying. It plays an "Omigod! No way!" audio file every time you load a page. This could be potentially very embarrassing for people in public or at work.

Ive always hated ads with audio. If I'm listening to music I don't want someone else's audio interrupting me.
At least some advertisers have the decency to set them up so you have to mouse over or click them to hear it, thats a bit better.

I think I remember Xeo or Lateralus making one once before... can’t remember what it was about, though.
Anyway, I’m pretty sure ads that play sounds are against forum policies, so I suspect Hood or Gorg will wield their mighty swords over this one soonishly.
