When I go to the options menu to enable CGI Execution, it checks the box properly. I save and restart the server, closing the configure web server windows. If I return to the options menu to check if CGI Execution is still checked it is not. I have tried both restarting instantaneously and just saving and restarting manually, to no avail. There is a system beep when I open the account to edit from configure web service.

Any ideas?
