Hey Guys, I have a 20" iMac....White one....
Installed leopard without removing Unsanity first and got the Bluescreen....I have been reading the fixes but when trying to boot up to the DVD or anything...The Keyboard is not responding.
I have the new thin keyboard connected, if that makes any sort of difference.

Also, When I unplug either the Keyboard or the mouse, it does know and tells me that the specific device is disconnected.

Hoping for any sort of help.

Is the keyboard connected through a hub?

If so, connect it directly.

I have a client with the 20" iMac and we gave up on the thin keyboard after completely annoying frustration with screwed up keyboard commands, non-response, and the inability to correctly map function keys. Plugged in the old school keyboard and all the problems went away...

Didn't they release a "fix" for the thin keyboard because of this sort of problem? It sounds like something they should have included in the installer if it's a known issue. On the other hand, when I upgraded my aluminum iMac to Leopard (with the thin keyboard) I had no issues whatsoever. Funky keyboard, Sherman?

Probably, but we will never know...! The guy was a bit impulsive and into the trash it went. There was a keyboard issue with the first round of thin wireless boards, and there was a software fix also, but this one was a plain old cabled keyboard.

Thanks for the help guys.
The keyboard is plugged in to the computer directly.

I will try the old one and even an alternative if I can get my hands on one.

I will let you guys know how it is once I get home from work for those interested.

Thanks again.

For anyone interested....I went with a regular old USB keyboard and was able to boot into Single usermode with no issues and was able to uninstall the Application Enhancer.

Everything is working awesome now..

Thanks for all the help
