Hi, I try to import a bunch of Audiobooks from a csv file. The file format is basically:

medium format author title
Book Audio CD Dante Alighieri La Comedia
Book Audio CD Isabel Allende Das Reich des goldenen Drachen

When the import is done, I have a lot of items with
the blue double cross. It seems, as if the author tag is completely ignored. It does not appear in the search fields. When I add the author to the corresponding search field the book is found often.

Whats wron with my import file ?

First, the blue double-headed arrow is a result of having "reload items from Amazon" checked in the import. This is great if you have a barcode/ ean/ upc/ isbn/ asin, but not a good idea otherwise. I recommend unchecking this option and reloading items at your leisure.

As far as the author field, try changing the header to "creator"
