Hi:
I have a mac at home where my music collection resides. I would like
to access it as a stream from my office. The mac at home sits
behind a router.

Is there a way I can do this securely ?

I ask about security because I have been paying attention to my mac logs.
I see many attempts to guess passwords for common usernames. Currently
I have only the ssh port (22) open on my router. I also see probes
to look for open ports. Generally the firewall seems to be taking care of these.
Is there anyway I can blacklist IPs after they try to do too many probes ?

Thanks
Duli

p.s. I do not want to copy all the music on to my office machine,
partly because it is too big for the disk and partly because I don't think I should :-)
