So, about a week after I recieved my Powerbook my desktop (PC) had an awful nasty crash. After a bit of trouble shooting, it turns out I had a remarkably corrupt hard drive, so had it not been for my Powerbook and cophying of all files and mp3's ect. they'd all be gone! Oh man, close one...that gets my ticker going. ...

Congrats. Good to hear a horror story with a happy ending....

Now it's time to buy an external USB/FW hard drive, format it as a PC drive and then back up everything to that and then putting it into a separate, safe, secure location.

Pssht. My PowerBook took a bullet for me while I was carrying it around in my backpack. Back To The Future 3 style (only I was facing the other way, I suppose).

That's because Ipods are trendy for everyone, powerbooks are only awesome for people who actually like computers.
