I was updating my iPod earlier today for probably the first time since I first installed it in December 2003, and after updating it, it asked me to plug it into an external source, which I did. It then began to reboot the iPod, but came up with a picture of a plug and an arrow. Now my computer does not recoginize the iPod and says that it is malfuctioning. Can anyone help me out with this problem?

I am running Windows XP.
I have a touch-sensor iPod (2nd generation?).
I just installed 2 other iPods onto the computer last night, both which work.
I normally will use a firewire cable to connect to my computer, but this time I used a USB cable.

Thank you.
