RadTech, Logitech, and Microsoft all carry good ones. I've got a RadTech BT600 on the way. Take a look here:

I've tried them ALL. The one that stands above the rest can't be purchased alone, though - only as part of a set. It's the Logitech mx1000 bluetooth model. Not the regular mx1000, but a bluetooth edition that's only available as part of a keyboard and mouse set such as the mx5000.

It works well with the SteerMouse driver.

I'll second SteerMouse, it's well worth the $20.

I bought the Logitech V270 as a travel mouse but I'm using it all the time. If you have smallish hands like me its very comfortable to use on a daily basis. Doesn't come with a receiver cause its meant for laptops with built-in bluetooth.

Someone posted this in a previous thread and it caught my eye,

MoGo Mouse

I'm also a big fan of Logitech, but some of its recent mice feel a bit cheap. All the paint on my MX900, for example, has rubbed off in a most unattractive manner. The mouse also doesn't sit reliably in its charging cradle, either, which often leads to its dying during moderate use.

That MoGo mouse looks pretty radical. It would work better if the MacBook had a PC Card slot as that seemingly would fit in it during travel. I was looking at getting the MS bluetooth mouse (http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mo...s.aspx?pid=032) for use with my Win laptop (and hopefully MacBook, if I can convince my parents!) but reviews say it has rubbish battery life.

I like the Apple Bluetooth mouse just fine for a one-button mouse, but I do occasionally wish for a command click or right click button. At any rate, since the OP wants to useone with his MacBook, I'd consider going with something a little smaller.

The RadTech line look really nice, esp. w/the option to use keep using the mouse while charging over a USB cable and the button programmability without requiring a separate software purchase. But I haven't used their stuff, so I can only speculate that it's pretty nice.

so does anyone else have the Logitech V270? I've felt around on one in the apple store and it seems to be what I want in the way of comfort...

EDIT: I really hate Mighty Mice... that scroll wheel just bugs meh... I mean seriously, they have 4 way scroll wheels and that thing just seems to get in your way when using the mouse. </rant>
