Is there a way to time delay a text in Messages?

Say I want to send someone a text at 8:00am tomorrow. Is there a way to type it up now, then set it to send later tomorrow at 8:00am?

Apparently, there used to be a Shortcut that did this, but I can’t find anything like it in the Shortcuts gallery.

I found this article on OSX Daily (from February 2019).

It looks like it takes advantages of iOS Shortcuts kind of like Automator in OS X. I haven’t played with it, but the instructions seem pretty straightforward.
