An EXCELLENT Christian artist is Jennifer Knapp. It's folsky rock. Highly acoustic with some electric guitar. Her voice is near perfect. The lyrics range from pure praise worship songs to what appear to be non-Christian music but heavily laced with Biblical scripture.

Plus she's a Johnny Cash fan!
