Actually I meant when is Shapeshifter coming out...but you can read it either way.

it's funny how plain and foreign it can all look when you're without your custom icons all over the place.

I tried out the Candybar demo, and even after it relaunched Finder, none of my icons had changed. Any ideas why?

Didn't work that fast for me either, logging out and back in didn't help either; had to restart the machine entirely before it took effect (10.3.9).
