Hey all,
I remember in last year's back to school sale, Apple permitted you to take the equivalent cost of a more expensive iPod rather than just get the nano free. When checking out the deal this year, it does have a disclaimer that says the iPod classic is not eligible. Has anyone had any luck getting a classic discounted this year?

Well, no one has their iPod discounted at the time of purchase for this special. You pay full price at the register than send in a mail in rebate form.

Ah, I wasn't aware of that difference. I better play it safe then, get the iPod Touch, sell it and buy a classic.
