this story is far more relevant and strikes at the heart of the problem. Not individual administrations, but petty dictatorships that have been established within the government itself at the local, state and federal levels. Isolated little kingdoms where sharing information is a crime and the welfare of the people is the last thing on the minds of the people in charge.
