i love the milk theme, its the most cleanest theme ive used, i absolutely love this theme, i am dying to see a "black" version of it, complete withe the transparent black pull down menus... and a nice light greyish blue LCD for the calc, and itunes screen. Was wondering if you can do this perhaps? Milk 3.0 to include a black mod?

what do you guys think?

I love how milk looks, how all the buttons and widgets, etc are... instead of the animated milk drop for when loading web pages, can you put the default spinning thing?

Let me know, thanks... I would love to do a black milk theme mod, but I'm not the least bit good in graphics or using theme park, or anything like that of the matter.

if you don't have anything good to say why respond at all? I already stated that I have no technical skills in doing any of this. If I knew how, you think I would actually post this? Learn to read.

This is extremely uncalled for. If you can offer to help, then volunteer to. Otherwise, leave this thread to Max to reply.

@nycdunz: It's a good idea. I'm liking it.

Not even making sure you can get his screen name correct is a sure fire way to get him to commit many hours of his time.....it's bOOzo not bOOze.

If I was going to make a dark theme, I wouldn't make a variation on a bright theme, I'd want to make a complete new one. Although I that won't happen anytime soon, there are still too many usability problems with dark themes imo.

What I might do for a future version is the blue LCD screens. The only problem is that there will always be an inconsistency with QuickTime if you change the color, because the QuickTime LCD color still can't be changed.

Changing the Milk drop (Async Arrow as it's called in TP) could be easily accomplished by a theme mix mod.

Here's how you do it.

press ctrl-option-apple and 8.

There you go! Black Milk Theme.

I'm afraid words off the screen knows no tones and emotions. Everything said can be taken literally. If you don't want to be misunderstood, don't type what you don't mean, unless, of course if you even bothered to include a smiley to indicate your 'joke'.

I suppose that's true, but if I were actually mad, I could have used this: However, I could have put this to indicate more of a joke:

i want a great dark theme too, but the problem (to me, anyway), is getting the whole gui to work with it...ie black windows in column view, with white text (etc).

the dark themes with the white columns just looks bad.

meanwhile, i agree with the earlier post;

control-option-apple-8 (fun until the drugs wear off... )

And that is what you all are: inverted Nothings...with potential" (Sun Ra)

That's fine. No offence taken since you clarified.
