I'm use SpamAssassin under linux/windows and am desperate to find something similar under OSX (SA is open source and would be a great project for anyone wanting to practise their porting skillz). I've tried virtually every anti-spam program on versiontracker and I have pretty elaborate entourage rules, but this just barely stems the tide as my email address is widely available on the web.
