For anyone that's interested I've created an Icon Set based loosely on the iLife/iApps suite but with the slightly more adult theme of Love, Lust & Lechery. Simply done as an experiment in producing icons along a theme

The set is available for download at http://www.afterglow.ie/downloads/iLust.sit(483kb)
I haven't tested the set on OS9 yet but they should work.

you should only avoid the use of photos in icons if they look like crap. these don't.

Nice to see you here Afterglow. I noticed your icons a week or so ago when you introduced them at MacCentral's forums (or was it MacMinute's???).

Very nice work.

Appreciate the comments, folks. Just trying to find time to bang out a windows set and then work on a few more for various apps like ichat before i release the second set.
First time really constructing a set of icons so a lot of lessons learnt and mistakes not to be repeated.

I may as well ask this question here since it will give me an opportunity to praise the set (wonderful set!!!).

Does anyone know how to truly change the iCal icon? It always changes back to the original when iCal launches. What would be REALLY neat is if you could have the custom icon used but have the number overlay the custom icon (which in this case would be bad since it would cover up the pretty lady - but often that's not a problem).
