.DS_Store stopping, logout, restart, shutdown

Hi,
Yesterday I reinstalled 10.1.5 and almost every time I try to logout, restart, or shutdown I receive the message at the below link. Can anyone tell me which of the 622 files with the same name may be causing the problem.

Did a .DS_Store file get in your Login Items list somehow, by any chance?
