Place the install disk in the Drive, reboot and hold the C key down.
After you get beyond the license agreement stuff you should be able to select the drive and then hit the customize button on the lower left hand portion of the window (I think its called customize I'm going on memory). From there you should be able to select reformat and install.
btw backup any data you want to keep as this will wipe the computer,
